Recently, a friend of mine asked if I’d be willing to fill in as the trumpet player in his funk band, Hazard to Ya Booty, for a gig at our alma mater, Truman State University.  I agreed, and have been rehearsing with them for a couple of weeks.  It’s a blast, and I’m really looking forward to performing with them.  The guy pictured above is Ryan Stewart, also a Truman grad.  Make sure and give ‘em a listen!
