For this shot, I turned off all the lights in the bedroom and set the camera to a 5-second exposure. Then I stood in front of the camera with a flashlight and “drew” the pattern that I wanted the camera to see.
I discovered that it is actually pretty hard to make accurate shapes without some kind of visual reference. It took several exposures to get the triforce reasonably correct.
